I'm looking for a freelancer who can create an iOs-based app for iPhone and iPad.
The app consist around one important feature: Users of this app have the option to turn alerts on and off. When alerts are on, the user will receive newsletter-like push notifications/messages from the app on their phone. Users will see these message just like a text-message, facebook-message or whatsapp-alert on their phone. These messages contain images too. The process goes as following:
1. User downloads app.
2. User turns on alerts.
3. I send a newsletter via my website.
4. User receives push-notification of new alert.
5. User clicks on notification and can view the newsletter inside the app.
Also, the newsletter archive is visible inside the app.
The Webservice to get all above data from server on mobile will be developed by you. This is a long term project and once the apps are designed I will require that you will stay available to work with me and change the app in the future ( at separate costs to be agreed upon). Also I might need it to be converted into an Android too.
The last freelancer failed to deliver, so I am re-opening this project.
