Adapt/Modify/Customize a Cordova/PhoneGap application

Hi, I have over 25 years experience in programming with more than 15 years in web development and quite some years with mobile apps. As we have spoken here on the chat, I will create an Ionic Framework project from scratch consisting of 3 tabs: - bluetooth connection manager (using plugin [login to view URL]) * The user will be able to start/stop scanning for BT devices * See the list of available devices * Connect to a selected device - Measurement Manager * showing up the live measurements of the CSV line the BT device sends * start/stop logging * options * disconnect - Log manager: * List logs and select one or more logs * Delete selected logs * Rename logs * Share selected logs (based on the host system sharing abilities). I follow the "agile development" approach - meaning, that through the entire process I update you with new versions, as soon as it has some major changes / new functions. You can than check the progress and we can talk about how you like it and what has to be changed. I will start with a MockUp - setting up the user interface for the app, every button, ... will be there but with dummy data and clicking buttons will not do anything (in most cases). Then I will make this app alive by adding functionality. Before accepting my bid, please make sure, that the bcexplorer app works with your BT devices.
