Add Baidu search/mapping support to code that currently uses Google search/mapping

I have written some code that interfaces with Google Maps on an Android device to perform searches and show results on a map, and to show positions specified as latitude/longitude on a map. I need the equivalent (or as close as possible) written to use Baidu instead of Google for users in mainland China, including converting latitude/longitude coordinates into the coordinate system used by Baidu. This is probably one day of coding, but call it two days including writing and executing a test plan. There may be other follow-on work if all goes well (the follow-on work is likely to be early next year). The code is written in C# using Xamarin. However, Java may be acceptable, although C# is preferred. I will need the copyright for the code and test plan developed to be transferred to me on completion/payment. I will supply the code that uses Google on acceptance of an offer, so that you can use it as a template for the functionality required when using Baidu. In order to be able to test this code thoroughly, the developer will need to be based in mainland China.
