Goal: A working sample Visual Studio 2015 Express Cordova project with push notifications for android device using Firebase Cloud Messaging. Please document all major steps. Example adding an entry to config.xml. NOTE: we will consider alternative push notification service provider. If the new notification has conflicts with the existing plugins, please let us know and we will tell you if the conflicting plugin can be removed from the project requirement.
