Android Application:Balance Checker Using QR code

I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. Hi my name is Aliff. I am currently doing a project for a simple task. This android application work as a balance checker of a prepaid card. In order to check the balance, the user can scan the QR code on the card or by entering the serial number of the card. The balance of the card will be display on the app interface and there will be two button, one is for reload and another one to return to homepage. Once the user clicked on the reload button, it will direct the user to page where the user can choose the preferred banking options. Once the user clicked on one of the option, it will direct to the bank website. while for the home button, once user clicked it will direct the user to the homepage. Lets say the amount of balance is deducted on the server, it will reflected on the card balance.
