Okay so u have all the Graphical Elements and i have a document where it is written all the functions and buttons the application has to do. So your work will be only to create the app by these documents.. For someone who has a lot of experience i think that wont be a problem. My Budget is 120 $ becouse you dont need to create nothing else only to build the app everything else is provided to you. Those who are interested and think they can do it please contact me ... everybody that bids higher then 120$ will not be considered.
