Hi, I have over 25 years experience in programming with more than 15 years in web development and quite some years with mobile apps. As far as I understand you need some android app which works with NFC tags (read & write). This will include the 4 screens you described. As I already worked on different NFC apps I can implement your ideas fast & reasonably priced. In my portfolio here on freelancer.com you can find some of my previous work including some review for an NFC app I have done for some customer on this platform. I usally follow the "agile development" approach - meaning, that through the entire process I update you with new versions, as soon as it has some major changes / new functions. You can than check the progress and we can talk about how you like it and what has to be changed. I would start with a MockUp - setting up the user interface for the app, every button, ... will be there but with dummy data and clicking buttons will not do anything (in most cases). Hi It's really interesting project and I have done similar application with NFC tags and have good knowledge base how to develop it. My last NFC application on Android platform was one for garbage company where truck drivers can track their garbage bins and scan these on their system so they will know in the future where exactly all these bins are located. Also I have good front-end experience and am able to design well used and modern application. I would like to use web based hybrid development tools for developing this application. So if you need in the future the same application for IOS or windows phone then it can be done easily and less costly. These tools are AngularJs, Ionic and cordova. Feel free to contact me. Just a couple of things to further clarify the project and then my brief introduction Do you have a wireframe of your project? Tasks to be triggered with an NFC tag? Besides this I guess user profile creation would be included in this application so in total it will be: 1. User profile creation 2. Loading/home screen 3. Tab for writing tasks (with 3 potential NFC coding options) 4. Tab for reading tags 5. About page I'd like to know more if there are any additional features since it will affect the price for sure. I've coded more than 50 applications in my 6 years of experience from the beginning of time.
