Android app that has a timeline similar to facebook or twitter

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I would like an app created with a timeline like facebook or twitter. Users should be able to make posts and create a simple profile with just a name, a picture and email address. Users should have the ability to follow another user and therefore they can see posts that the user they're following post. User should be able to send direct messages to other users [login to view URL] should be able to send messages to other users they're following. The app is basically an app that has to do with lottery games, where users can post a question for example to ask "what was the lottery numbers played for the 10:30am draw?" The timeline should just be one timeline and not a timeline for esch user. I already have a website so the database can be created by me
