Hi, You will need two things here, a Central Web Application (to manage the Workforce, see tracking results, see reports etc.) and a Mobile Application which the members of sales-team will carry on their Android sets. The workflow should be as follows: 1. Supervisors or Sales Team Members log in to Central App and enter customer details (along with address). Customer's address is automatically geocoded by the app and stored in database using Google APIs. 2. Supervisors or Sales Team Members create customer visit schedules. 3. When a sales team member visits a customer's place, he takes out his mobile phone, opens the app and logs in. The app automatically track the customer at whose place he is. The mobile app also gives him the opportunity to enter visit outcome (sales, no contact etc.). Central database is updated. 4. Supervisors can see on their dashboard (in Central App) where a sales team member is, what was the status of the visit etc. etc. at real time. 5. Supervisors can also download historical reports from the dashboard (e.g. show visit report for salesman X,Y and Z for the period 15th Jan to 31st Jan). We would be a good candidate for this project.
