Auto-forward spy assistance - recode

I have signed up with a spy software company. The idea is to spy on a person that doesnt know we are doing so. This is a legal matter and not a personal matter. We are requiring some information that is vital to a case. Although it cant be used if obtained in this way, we will be led to information we can use ! I have got the APK [login to view URL], it is the autoforward client that is loded on the device to be spied on. But you have to have the device and we dont have the access. We have tried social engineering, but we are not sure why the person hasnt taken the bait. We suspec that they are more familiar with these applications than they make out, part of the investigation we are doing. I have the APK. When you load it on the device if you can get the device, it requires that you allow unknown sources, then that you make the application a device admin, then that you enter the unique key obtained and number being monitored. It then runs in the background as a process and is visible to the user, icon etc all there. This application connects the phone to a server where logs are updated with all the activities of the phone. We need : The APK rewritten to install with the key and phone number included as supplied by registration. Automatically as a device admin and that this is hidden in device admin As a trusted Google source. so no errors with unknown source As a process that is hidden and is system (the target is not rooted), and impossible to uniinstall or to detect with malware apps.. That the icons and all traces are removed. MOST Important, that it will remote install to target somehow ? Perhaps we could try MMS auoretrieve stagefright exploit ? Altho Im note sure is this target is patched. Maybe Google services of some sort may resolve ? Please come back ! I suspect to the right person, this is all not hard. Please suggest a price aswell if you are not happy with suggested.
