Brazilian Media Researcher

I am looking for a Brazilian who is able to compile a list of all relevant Brazilian media publishers who may be interested in publishing articles about the environment - and able to find out the contact details of relevant editors of these publications.
This should include print media, online media, radio and television news contacts across national, as well as local media in Rio de Janeiro, Sau Paulo, Salvador and Brasilia.
The list should needs to be current, and include between 35-50+ key contacts.
If the candidate also has translation skills, this could become a longer term job.
