Children Cell phone parental monitoring Application

I am looking to create an app (android first then ios) that allows a parent to monitor their child's cell phone. The app has to be undetectable to the user (child). The information we are looking to monitor is: Call Recording Video Record Log Call history Read Texts and messengers Read Emails – gmail, Yahoo etc… Monitor Internet Use Track GPS Location Access Calendar and address book View photos and videos Social network posts & activity The method of relaying this information should be by emails to an email address designated during install and at intervals chosen during install. Again the complete process must be completely undetectable to the phone user and leave no residual tracks. All suggestions and ideas to making this more efficient are welcomed.
