Hello, One of the Preferred Freelancer (iOS skills) and Apple Platform developer here. From your project description, its somewhat like whats used in Japan/China for Government based parking. Basically, the mobile app will use your Geolocation data to find nearest parking spot (using backend database) and then see if free parking space if available. If yes, it will prompt you to reserve it (make online payment if supported). If no, it will keep looking at each parking spot in database based on location (how far they are). However, for this kind of app/project, you will need a backend database and API with details of parking spots (their coordinates/location) and if there is free space. Do you have the backend/API ready or available by public source ? I can create the backend as well but for that you will need to manage it yourself (and probably do partnerships with parking areas to update free/used spots).
