My bid assumes that the delivery will be a single Android app that runs on a Clover point-of-sale device. It is hard to tell what kind of device is in the picture. I've created android apps that use various APIs over http connections, and use barcode input. There are many details to work out, such as the device it runs on, whether it requires a web-app. Please start up a dialog so I can learn these details.
