Complete Swift 2 Conversion

I have an Application written in Swift, But wish to convert to Swift 2, currently it is running in Swift 1.2 but have 9 Issues that are preventing it from working.

Current Issues Are:-

* Use of undeclared type 'JSON'

* Use of unresolved identifier 'request'

* Downcast from 'UITableViewCell?' to 'UITableViewCell' only unwraps optionals; did you mean to use '!'?

* Initialization of variable 'calloutAnnotationViewFrame' was never used; consider replacing with assignment to '_' or removing it

* Variable 'calloutAnnotation' was never mutated; consider changing to 'let' constant

* Initialization of variable 'annotation' was never used; consider replacing with assignment to '_' or removing it

* Initialization of variable 'annotation2' was never used; consider replacing with assignment to '_' or removing it

* '[login to view URL]' does not have a member named 'getNearestHydrants'

* Downcast from 'UIView?' to 'UIView' only unwraps optionals; did you mean to use '!'?

Standard Policy for Freelancers:-
Will be Minimum of 2 milestones First one is once you have finished what is required for the project and then submit it to me for review. (50-60%) of project funding will be released, Second Milestone is once the projected has been reviewed and tested and meets the requirements.
Bidders whom place Stupid >50% of proposed budget, will be reported and spam/fake bid as per freelancer's policy, If you have questions please put in a bid of $20.00 and make sure you write that you wish to chat before final offer as am happy to chat first. Rather that and get a good bid. Offers will be accepted within 48hrs normally.
**I do have a very limited budget as is a donation to a volunteer fire brigade.**
