Cordova plug-in for controlling volume

Purpose & Background : We're making an App to control volume on Cordova. Since it's not possible to control global volume with Cordova's basic function, we want you to make a Cordova plug-in which controls global volume for ios. Please make an estimate. What we'd like to ask is ・Making a Cordova plug-in for ios ・Testing the plug-in (we don't ask for the testing specification document) We'd like to ask you to deliver the plug-in in the middle of April because we're going to have a demonstration for our client, although if you can't make it fully functionalized by the due date you have a choice where you deliver the plug-in which doesn't work perfectly but can pass a connectivity test and then test it by around 30th of the April. We guess it is not going to be a lot of work but we'd like you to make an estimate again if it takes longer than we expected. So we are looking for someone who can work on immediately and make an estimate with supplementary information down below. Although we are going to offer as much support as we could, you are required to have an experience of making an App with native language at least. We'd like you to develop a plug-in which gain and set volume with MPMusicPlayerController. I guess the blog post below gives you enough information to change VolumeSlider. What the plug-in makes possible is ・gain current volume value of MPMusicPlayerController ・set current volume of MPMusicPlayerController ・mute current volume of MPMusicPlayerController (if you can mute by setting the given value into 0, that is enough.) We assume the App just turns on & off the volume, so we would say OK if the plug-in can do that. We have nearly finished the App part, so we can move on to joint test right after you finish the plug-in.
