Create an ANE (Adobe Native Extension) that allows to encode mp4 video from BitmapData

We want ability to encode mp4 files (using the internal android encoder) for android version 5+, by sending BitmapData instances as frames to the encoder.
Once all the frames has been sent, a video has to be encoded.
Best is to return ByteArray of encoded video back to the app, which will be saved.

Besides the fact that the above ANE does not work on android 5+
Its perfect.
But we need only a fragment of the features.
