Build an android app where user can send test, Audio and video messages to the server.
1. The video message will be a combination of Audio + cartoon character. These cartoon character will have facial expressions pre-selected giving the effect of talking.
2. The admin at the server will be able to view these messages and reply to them in text format.
3. Messages needs to be encrypted with RSA algorithm to ensure safe communication between mobile device and server.
Screen design and detailed document will be provided to the hired consultant.
4. User should be able to see conversations and chat history.
Project will start in 10-15 days.
* Server will be PHP and database will be MYSQL.
