Unlike some other bidders, I have an understanding of material design and proper intuitive UI design methodology. I've done information apps like this before. In fact, an insurance app I made a few months ago won grand prize in AAA's insurance telematics contest. I'm based in the united states with english as my first language so there will not be a language barrier. For something like this, you need an app that looks good. Not only will I make it look fantastic, but I'll also do it cheap.

so i am a new developer having knowledge about android and connection it with internet .what i will be doing in this app is i will first make a JSON file in which data(image and text) will be stored this JSON file will be easily editable at your end as you just need to past you text and image link in that file and this file to your server . In android the app will connect with the server (JSON file your server) and would parse the JSON data and load the image into app and will display it in a custom list view. each time the app is started it will connect with server JSON file and display the latest data this is the most easy an quit efficient approach of edditing data at server end in just one file with just basic format to follow for JSON and displaying it in the android app
