Develop a simple barcode scanner Android app. -- 2

I am looking for an android app developer to program a simple barcode scanner app. The app should provide the following basic functionality 1) receive a json string from a Web API to populate several select boxes 2) Provide two different views with several select boxes 3) receive data from a Bluetooth barcode scanner 4) save selection and barcode and confirm with a acoustic signal 5) send stored data as a json string to an web API 6) Reliable lifecycle management, save options of select boxes, current selection and not jet transmitted data. Sending and receiving json strings should be fairly standard; the only part that might be a bit trickier is getting the data from the Bluetooth barcode scanner. For this propose however there might be external apps available. The intended workflow is that the select boxes are set once and then a set of barcodes are scanned. Between scanning two barcodes no user action is required. Each barcode is saved together with the current selection. Each successful scan is confirmed by an acoustic signal of the app. Each data set (barcode+selection) is saved locally and transmitted in fixed intervals or on user request to the web API. Design is not relevant, app is intended for internal use and further development.
