create iphone game

I need a game in which the user starts with $1 and grows his way up to billions. He grow money by investing, opening store fronts or doing illegal activities such as mugging, robbery, assassinations etc. Must be able to generate random events: stock market rise and falls (fake, random), upgrading storefronts, choosing from 6 different locations: each storefront will make more money depending on level and location. Must incorporate experience based on amount of money in game, with levels (can work this out as we go) When you perform an illegal activity there has to be a random chance of getting caught, which can take 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50% of your money away, as well as potentially closing a storefront. dont need good graphics, just mostly text and a few drawings to represent each location/store front. (6 locations, 19 storefronts.) Additional information submitted MUST BE ABLE TO PUBLISH TO APP STORE AND LATER INCORPORATE IN GAME PURCHASES. I WILL PAY EXTRA FOR ADS AND IN GAME PURCHASES.
