Hi, What we have understood that your new site will be built with new design. Yes we agree that its not a big site. Basically in Admin there will be few section like manage content, Video, Category, Contact Us(If required) and settings. For SEO it equires to provide uniqu seo friendly url and in content management section it requires to provide meta title,keyword & desription. Please provide your database structure to us once so that we can take a look into that. Because for cakephp project the database structure is very much important. So many convention are followed into it. Like plural, Field name etc. But this is true every framework has some exception. Still this will be good if we get the databnase structure at least (Data not required). For design PSD + HTML this will take 20 hours. And for programming this will take Admin: 15 hours + Frontend: 30 hours + testing: 10 hours. Now total is 75 hours. means approx 10 days. Now if you would like to get the delivery of the project fast then we will do that. There are 7/8 yeares of experiece in CAKEPHP,CI,Wordpress resources works in my team.
