Back End Developer - RoR + MySQL

We're looking for kick-ass Ruby on Rails Back-End Developers with top-level experience mainly with expertise in RoR and GitHub. This person has company start up experience in a Senior Architectural role, along with all the basic prerequisites and requirements that go with being a Back-end developer.

Candidate Requirement (Must Haves):

- RoR (required)

- Mysql (required)

- Rest APIs

- Job Servers

- Message Queues

Other Qualifications:

- at least 5 years experience

- Company 'start-up" experience

- Be available for 'at least' 30 hours a week

- Be committed to a long term project

- Must have reliable internet service and a Skype account for communicating with the [url removed, login to view] senior staff and development team (this is non-negotiable).
