CURRENT WORKING OF THE SYSTEM SAMould is a renowned company for manufacturing of Iron-Moulds and Plastic product. The current billing system is manual and its working system is as follows: • A customer who wants to purchase a product will place the order via mails or will come to the office and place it manually. • The details of customer, material and order are taken down manually in a file. • After the order is ready a delivery challan and a tax invoice is raised by the company. • The customer is then informed and the customer then checks the order for no defects and then the total bill amount is paid by the customer. • The manager at the end of the month prepares a sales report.
