C# developer needed

We have first version of our product fully in operation. As we are busy in other things now we are looking for team or developer who can work with us on next version of warehouse application. This is complete customize solution for our warehouse, code is written in C# with dll to interact with UPS for shipping/tracking and label API backend database is in MYSQL. What we are looking for : We need developer who have exp in working with barcode dll's in past so that it enables users to scan bar-codes on products. The barcode scanner scans a barcode, reads the EAN code (the number of the code) and compars this EAN code in our online database. The user gets information about the product location, availability and many other details. As of now we have Ups API integration, now we to add FEDEX API as well for shipping , label , time calculation and tracking. there are few other small edits also needed in our system which will discus later with right candidates (but those are very simple edits as far as person know C# good enough can do those) Another very IMP skill needed is MYSQL. So person can write optimized queries.
