C# very small project

Hello,

I would like a C# .net developer to develope following for me

1) Using access database import 9 tables to SQL server 2000 temp database (make sure script is compatible with SQL 2008)

2) Truncate 9 tables in SQL database

3) Insert data from 9 tables in SQL temp database to different database.

4) Make 3 buttons for achieve above process

5) config file to get connection for SQL databases from. For access database we will browse to the file.

Please I have low budget for this.
