Advanced Pinger tool with extra features

Hello everyone, what I'm looking for is basically am advanced pinger tool, but lets give a look at the features that should be included and what it should do: - Check if your link is alive and output a list of live links, also it does submit them to multiple pinging services. ------- I will privately send you an example, absolutely important! ------- - Fast multithreading - you can set number of threads - Ability to reload proxies from a specific folder every X minutes - Able to self-update when a new version comes out (optional) - Able to run up to 3 instances on same computer (optional) General Features - Able to load txt file with more than 100000 Lines (URL of backlinks) - Able to output a new file after the job is done with live links only - Able to add/edit a file with user Keywords - Able to add/edit a file with user URLs and check profiles for user URLs - Chose number of active threads Ping Services - Able to add/edit with list of Ping Services - Able to set % of Services used to ping each profile - Delay between pings in seconds - Remove invalid services Proxies - Able to reload proxies from a specific folder - Able to decide type of proxy (SOCKS4/SOCKS5(?)/HTTP) - Able to reload proxies every X minutes - Able to enable/disable proxies on Profile Checking Licensing system is welcome to avoid file sharing! I want the source code and own all rights over it, it must be delivered when the finished project together with the final software. tool. I'm looking for an experienced programmer to develop and makes update to it and able to add new features in the future, as I surely want to improve and add new functionalities. A licensing system is welcome, I don't like the idea to see it shared everywhere, it should be 1 license 1 computer Much better if you can lock the license to single payment or subscription payments (if <i decide to do so). I don't exactly in which language it is developed, so I let you suggest it (probably .net should do the work), also, if you have any suggestions for new features I'm open to listen.
