DNN Module for e-doctors

I would like a DNN module for a central DNN portal where the user would log on and he would be able to make an appointment with the doctor he wants. Additionaly every doctor which is in the central portal he would have a portal where the user will be able to log in derectly and book the selected doctor. At the central portal the user will be able to search for a doctor by his location, his specialty, name. Every time the central admin will add a new portal (doctor) he will insert all the required data like specialty CIS DATA ( longtidute,latidute etc)in order the user to find him via a mapservice. The application will be work besides a voice portal application and he will retrieve the data from the da from the appointments booked from the voice portal. Aslo after an appointment is booked the system wil lsend an appointment notice to the doctors email in order to have his microsoft outlook tasks updated also one sms message will be send via an sms gateway to the doctor to be informed. Id the doctor cancel the appointment the user will be notified via sms and email. Also we would like a banner system module for the portal where the central administrator will insert banners and adds he want with some delivery policy we will discuss. Please Book only if you have make some modules on DNN. The freelancer will be responsible for the installation of the DNN 4 to a new deticated server. Also he would be responsible for the installation of the exchange server which will be responsible for the messaging. The job is very urgent and must be delivered in parts in 20 days. Also the freelancer will deliver the application in parts in order to start insert the doctors.
