Develop a Mac Application

Create a clone of this Mac OSX Application:

It's a relatively small application that sits in the top bar and shows a web view when clicked. All chrome, settings, menus and dialogues must be cloned but not the actual functionality - IE. This will not be a mail application but a view onto a different single page web app.

The code is to have good test coverage and be documented where appropriate.
