I need a freelancer to develop a speedtest application on Mac OS. It needs to use iperf3 ([login to view URL]) to conduct speed testing against my designated server, and the application needs display the following: External IP Address of the client using this application Upload Speed Result Download Speed Result The application then needs to write the below output to my server: externalIP uploadspeed uploadtime uploaddate downloadspeed downloadtime downloaddate My server is using MySQL for keeping this result, so you will have to build DB connection to my server, I will provide you the details of the server once awarded. This is a very urgent project, and you will need to complete within 3 days once awarded. Thank you.

Hello, I can think of two ways to make this app : - using iPerf3 source code - embedding the binary into the app and calling it using NSTask. The NSTask might be the fastest and easiest solution, since I can get the output as JSON data using the -J switch. Plus it will be easier for you to update the iPerf binary in the future ( without a developper's help ). I already made a very simple app that use iperf3 to get ip/ upload/download speed : [login to view URL] tested on 10.11 el cap, should work on 10.10 ( use right-click then open to bypass gatekeeper ) Hire me if you are interested.
