Application Module for people to pay by sms

Hello Im looking for a coder to make a module for my invision power board forum, on my forum i have a VIP Section. But the problem i am having is that some of my members have difficulty purchasing the VIP Membership as they either don't have a paypal account or don't have a credit card to purchase VIP Membership, So what i was thinking of doing was setting up a SMS service so that people could purchase VIP Membership via a premium SMS, So they would send a text message through to a specific number then it would deduct obviously the money from there credit/phone bill When they send the sms they would then send me like the confirmation number of the text they receive and i would upgrade there accounts then, So what i need is a module/application so that when people want to buy Premium membership from me they can do so by using the text message service so that when they send a text it will charge them, i have a company who will provide the service but i just need a module created so that people can go click on it and one of the options will be to pay by SMS, Here is an example of what i mean here: http://smscoin.com/en/software/engine/Invision+Power+Board/Paid+access+%E2%80%94+SMS+payment+for+switching+to+VIP+group+%28Local+version%29/ I don't want to pay much for this as im on a tight budget so the lowest bid will be choosen.
