ASP.NET Online/Realtime Messaging Module Needed

Our asp.net web app (currently coded in vb.net versus c#) is in need of some realtime messaging where users who are logged in on our website can communicate instantly with other users that are logged in on our website. Do not worry about the authentication (checking that they are logged in, etc) I can handle all that. I am just looking for a module written in ASP.net that I can add to our web app. So I am in need of JUST the functionality of realtime communicating on our website between users... This is different than a standalone windows app that will reside on someones desktop (like MSN, yahoo messenger, etc, etc). Think of a message board, where users can see other users who are 'online' and click a button that pops a chat window. All contained within the website itself. Something alone those lines... If anyone has experience or has written such a module in asp.net prior, this will be an easy task.. Again, all I am looking for is the module, that I can take and integrate into our web app. I will need all source code, and some well written comments in the code would be helpful as well......
