Adapt .asp script to make it work as a service

I have a simple .asp and ms sql script that I use to track visitors to my site and the results of online advertising. I would like to offer this script as a hosted service to others. So the scripts will reside in my server and users will have to register, make payment and then login to their own tracking panel. My script currently uses a line of that is required to be added on top of each page that is going to be tracked. Since more and more people are using non-Windows hosting and they cannot run an I would like to change this to either a Javascript line of code or something else that will make my script work. I do have a script from [[login to view URL]][1] that could help to manage user access to the site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
