Add to, Alter or Delete records in the DNS.

I am an experienced VB.NET Developer, and I need to generate an automated website system via IIS 6 and .NET (ASP 2) [login to view URL] handles Multiple languages well, I will accept the work in C#.NET or C++.NET, though I Strongly prefer VB.NET. This is 1 of several small function requests I am sending out regarding this. If you feel comfortable completing this request, you might be able to complete other requests as well. Please note, I am not heavily experienced with programming in the areas I am requesting, so the code needed might not match my request. Please correct me if nessacary. Add a site(/subdomain), with ip, CName, A Recods, MX, etc... If the site already exists, then update it with this information 2.
