We are looking for the aucion's site developed, where users can sell their items. Here is the list of things we need: #1) We are looking that a customer can decide to sell his item for a fixed price, like the "buy now" feature or decide to have a reseve price on his item and choose to sell that in an auction. #2) Besides these features we will be promoting Special Auction with these mentioned features as well. Example: People pay a fee to sell in the store, here they can do what is mentioned in #1 anytime they choose. But during a time period 5,7or 10days what ever we choose we will be promoting a SPECIAL auction in the auction site. We will be selling 200 items or more packages for that specific time. People will have to pay a special price per item to sell it in this special auction. We also just like mentioned in #1 will recieve a comission of a fixed price ONLY on items sold...Per item sold.. If a person is selling 4,5,or 6 items in a package we recieve commision on each item. We also charge the buyer a commission on each item purchased as well..if he buys a package and there is 4 items in the package he pay's us 4 times the commission for buying in our store. (see the more description a bit lower in Deliverables description) Thanks.
## Deliverables
#3)We want to have it that people can have their own pay pal , google,[login to view URL] or a merchant account to be paid for there items. As well a buyer must have to create this as well to be able to pay for what he has purchased. Now after a person has made a purshase(meaning buyer) he will have 48 to 72 hours to pay for his purchase, when the money is not in the sellers account we will then offer the item to the next highest bidder on the item. He will also have 48 or 72 to pay to the seller the amount. If not we go to the 3 rd highest bidder and if that doesnt work, the item is not sold. It can be offerd at another special time or maybe just in our main site the following month. This is the same for any sale made on our website or Special auctions or just for anything sold on our site. #4) Sellers have to be able to have their own stores on our site. #5) We want an easy to use site with an easy to use admin part. Being able to change colors on the back ground on the site is important for specific times of the year or special sales... as well. #6) We are planning special auctions that a seller will offer an open contract on an item, meaning he says the buyer that bids the highest price can choose how many items he wants to buy. In this case a person meaning buyer might keep raising the number of pieces he buys as well as price he is willing to pay for that item. #7) "wanted add" catagorys will be ofered as well ,,where a seller can pay a fee to post a "wanted add" as well. Buyer of course pays nothing in this case... #8) A buyer can be notified when an item he has posted interest in is for sale and so on. #8) There will be a membership fee paid once a year. To those who register first 97 days it will be smaller then to others. Please fill free to ask questions. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
