Hi, I am looking for coders familiar with the Atlas Framework to do one of the following work: 1 - Atlas Enable and modify an existing website 2 - Rebuils the entire website using Atlas. The website consists of a full web based classified application with the following features: 1 - Site Admin Control panel 2 - Handles Individual and Company Accounts (company accounts can have multiple users) 3 - My Accounts Control Panel (with ads history, Payments ...) 4 - Post ad to multiple papers 5 - Support multiple Ad layouts (template based) 6 - Support Multiple languages (localization) 7 - Support Ad Aproval Process 8 - Support Export and Import of Ads 9 - All data Has to be available for later reporting 10 - Track Ads/Links Clicks 10 - Reports All Customers (individuals and companies) data have to be store in a separate database as it will be used by other applications as well. More details will be released to selected bidders through private bid only. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, IIS, ASP.Net V2.0, Atlas, Ajax, SQL Server 2005 , SQL Reporting Server 2005, Web Themes, Personaliztion.
