AE Alarm Dashboard

Develop an Alarm management web based dashboard that allows a user to view current status of the system alarms from SQL Database, run adhoc type queries, and assign problems to specific alarms. The Development should be in ASP.NET VS2010 with Silverlight 4 Controls using Telerik suite if required. All grids need the ability for grouping, sorting, exporting, Filtering, and printing The General layout example is shown below.
