Change Video Conference Room

Developed the video conference room with source code already and need developer who know C# .net to change this video conference as the following: The manual is found in the file attached. If you want to load this program, click <[login to view URL]> and upzip this file and click setup.exe. If you don't have MSN framework in your computer, this setup will show you MSN website address for you to load the framework. After loadling the programs, click Start > Program > Teacher24 with login name teacher1 with the password teacher1 and click the room teacher1. Also for student, click Start > Program > Teacher24 with login name student1 with the password student1 and click the room teacher1. Then you can see all the functions of the conference room between student1 and teacher1 by inputing from 2 different session of the conference rooms. I need the following changes: 1. Currently this conference room is working under LAN or Intranet only for multiple users. Must be run between any multiple users under any kind of internet users. 2. Need programs to use any userid and password of certain internet database for them to use this conference room. 3. Need independant databse for the users to use this conference room - need pages for sign-up for using this conference room. 4. Need to make this conference embeded in the internet also. 5. When people load this conference room into the computer. just want to click one time and want to be loaded into the computer automatically. 6. In order to implement this conference room to other web site, the loading must be very simple and need all the manuals which shows how to load and implement this conference room. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
