Convert current database into an e-commerce driven site and back-end

We own a local virtual tour company that we are needing to revamp the ordering and order tracking and reporting process. WE would ideally like to have the current info within our SQL database migrated into a system that is more e-commerce driven. This way the ordering process, scheduling/tracking process and reporting process is much more robust and efficient. We are also looking to integrate out current merchant account into the system to allow us to accept credit card payment when the order is submitted. This system would need to have a delay payment feature so that the order is not processed immediately online, but can be processed by the admin when the order is completed. This will be the first phase of revamping our online system for our virtual tours. We will need more work done on the uploading process of images and 360 panos. The front-end tour interface re-design and also an interactive module to create interactive floorplans within the admin area, much like the [login to view URL] web site. THESE items will come later and are NOT part of this project. We are just looking for the e-commerce portion at this moment. The developer needs to ideally be a GURU in ASP and FLASH if possible, OR be able to offer expertise in other alternatives that would be able to work on a Windows server and be able to retro-fit the technology if needed to OLDER tours or clients within the system. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
