Create Webbased Install Shield

I have web based ASP/ASP.Net program that requires SQL Server to operate. I would like to sell the program online and therefore need a way of distributiing it securely. I would like to offer it as a download that then it needs to be installed and after 30 days a licence needs to be purchased to continue using it. And a system for installing updates - when they occur. I need to protect the files so they cannot be backward enginereed? This may not be necessary?? Recomendations on protection is required please.
