Dating site programmer & initial manager

Hello, we are in search of a VERY EFFICIENT, R-E-L-I-A-B-L-E and talented coder (s) to create the back end of our (front end designed) HIGHLY interactive, advanced dating site. WE MAY USE ASP.NET/windows and/ or (are planning two sites, one in production, but coders are 1 month behind, we need a rescuer (asp site) - the other we would like to have built we are considering for php mySQL, but would like someone w/ proficiencies in BOTH. This dating site will be a very dynamic, rich, sophisticated experience on the front end, and the back end should contain all the technical sophistication of a [login to view URL], complete w/ IM functions, chat, buddy list, who's online, advanced search features, etc...all the goodies. We have been let down but not one but TWO, incredibly incompetent teams of programmers who promised the world & delivered nothing:(:(:( we are extremely weary, but still enthusiastic about finding a talented, dedicated programming wiz that knows all the ins and outs to help us build a world class, head turning website. Minimum of 5 years experience, and extensive knowledge in all aspects of web management. We also love Flash MX Designers, and Actionscripters like our own mothers. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. The website should include all of the advanced features of [login to view URL] (admin. & userside) and in addition, an internal email box capable of holding up to 100 emails, an enhanced profile (one highlighted within the search containing additional user information), a who's online icon displayed next to online members, advanced searches including new member search, username, quick search, search by distance, last time online, a software driven "matching search" (based on the compatibility of similar mutliple choice answers given, a discussion forum as well as chat rooms, a "winking feature', ala [login to view URL], a news page, an advertising page, a help page describing all of the features & how they work, a word filter, filtering profanity & email addresses, an affiliates program, a payment gateway connection, installation of key software to server, upload of our current, nearly finished site to server, complete configuration of server, consultation on features necessary to create a robust, high impact dating site, administration of database, (including integration of an outside existing database), auto tracking software capabilities along with autoresponder emailing capabilities, upload & integration of existing front end design features w/ back end programming expertise in a TIMELY may I repeat TIMELY, professional & upbeat manner. In case I am leaving anything out, we need a wiz, we need some help, & we need it now!!!
