This will be the third time I have submitted this project so please read and look at this project very closely and make sure you can complete it before bidding. This project will consist of 2 phases. I need a clone of the vpasp shopping cart which will work with the layout I design. Phase 1 will be the functions of the cart and phase 2 will be the add on features. But the end result will be that the shopping cart will have _**all**_ the functionality including the admin section that the vpasp shopping cart has. You can review the vpasp shopping cart and download a demo at <[login to view URL]>. This project **_must_** be written with new code in asp and using a new access database. However, you will see as you review the vpasp site that it also can use MySQL and SQL databases. So again please review this project very carefully. If you are awarded the project you will be given ftp and http access to a workspace on my server for testing, complete source code for the vpasp shopping cart and a copy of the shopping cart web design that I want to be used. You will also be given the first option to do phase 3 of this project which is where the php and MySQL version of this cart will be created. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
