Design Main Page of a Website + SEO

The Project is to Design the Home Page of an existing website and make it search engine optimized.

The main layout will remain the same. The site uses frames right now. We want to change that. There should be a unified main page that draws from the main source through a data query string which will be provided to you.

The project is being revised to take out the SEO part. So, now you just have to make the main page as indicated.
