asp.net c# /sql server update (t)

hello, I've got an existing c# asp.net /sql server website with a homepage, about us page, contact us page, search records in database page, and with an existing cms in it. we are looking for a coder to regulary work on this website and do upgrades in it. the current works that needs to be done are: 1. add a second language to the website pages. the site is currently in local language (hebrew). you will recieve texts in english and will need to put them on english version of page + add button for language change. no need to change database for this (all db values are already in english) 2. add to the cms options to edit texts in the homepage. these texts currently exists as static texts on the website: a. about us text. b. disclaimer text. c. links list in homepage. [login to view URL] list in homepage. please note that each text will be managed twice- for each language. 3. you will need to add an option to contact the supplier using skype. for this you will add a field for skype username for each supplier (in database+ cms), and will need to create a button in the current grid (that shows suppliers records) to call the suppliers via skype when the supplier has a skype user. 4. the current cms has an option to upload parts of a suppliers as an excel sheet. the problem is that the excel sheet has dates that might appear as "05+" (which means start of 2005). you will need to convert these dates into 01/01/year (for example "05+" will be converted to 01/01/2005) - please provide relevant works examples you previously made (as screen shots/ codes/ demo exe) . ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform asp.net / c# / sql server
