convert existing web based booking program from ASP to PHP

Hi I had a complete web based booking application written in ASP using MySQL to store the data. The application is running in an intra-net environment using Windows XP and IIS and works very well. I wish to transfer the program to a server running Linux, Apache, and MySQL. Since there appears to be no module availabe that will allow ASP writen in VBScript to run on Apache I have to re-write the code. I am able to write some PHP and ASP but struggle to get the project on the way although I was able to further develop the program. The program uses include files in another directory for the common headers, buttons, language (names for the differen buttons and text displayed on the webpage), commonly used functions, db-connect and disconnect, configuration and uses information from the database to configure things like bank details, letters to clients etc I believe that after the conversion of some of the key files I would be able to re-write the other files. I have a working example of the booking program available on the web. Well I am looking for somebody that can change the above listed ASP files to PHP so that I have the difficult files done. I have attached the files below. I would envisage to have the project completed within 7 days
