create asp.net website

Looking to build an asp.net site that I can use to view different content from my sql db. This task is not to put content on the pages, but rather set up the "shell" of the website so I can add content later. Details: a) Forms authentication will be done with dotnetprotect.com. I need this installed b) main page will have left hand menubar and a number of tabs at the top of the page. Tabs need to be re-namable c) News tab - build structure so that I can feed my list of news headline with the body in the right hand side d) Alerts - I need a wizard to build sql queries on my db tables I have included more details and a mockup in the attached zip file. Coder needs to have SQL5 and asp.net No Shops please. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
