DUE TO LENGTH OF PROJECT DETAILS, DETAILS OF PROJECT LISTED AT BUYER'S WEBSITE: HTTP://[login to view URL] buyer will send a zip copy of project details to any coder requesting such. just send a message through RCA. to complete this bid coder must have experience to fulfill each product request. to ensure work is done efficiently, coder must keep buyer informed as to progress and buyer will hold discussions with coder to clarify what buyer is needing. coder is free to ask questions before and during project. if bid is accepted, before work begins, buyer with coder's assistance will break bid down among the various subprojects. therefore if a subproject is not completed by coder, buyer and coder will know what dollar amount of bid not to award coder when project is deemed finished. buyer will be flexible to adjust or drop subproject(s) from bid if buyer and coder deem coder is unable or inexperienced to complete subproject. delivery time is flexible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
