There is an old C++ utility from 2002 (about 100 lines code, about 20 lines header and uses? Mprapi..dll related library and header files for API access.) that I was not able to get to? compile in Visual Studio 2008 presumably because it is written for an older Visual C++ compiler, and frankly I do not know all the ins and outs of loading older source code into a newer compiler. I want to use this as a starting point, and end up with a C# equivalent with the same functionality, that will compile in Visual Studio 2008, and a simple command line wrapper program to demonstate that it works.[

Functionality of wrapper program, that simply calls the converted functions, to demonstate it works:
1. Show a prompt ":" upon running it, which supports the commands:
2. Support "connect servername" to connect to the specified server name
3. Support "list" to list connections found on the server name
4. Support "disconnect username" to disconnect specified username
5. Support "exit" to exit the wrapper prompt.
6. Support "?" to show the above commands
## Deliverables
Attaching the C++ code here also for convenience.
