Cross reference two files *SIMPLE PROJECT*

Hello Coders, I need a program which will cross reference two files (one in csv format and one in tab delimited text format) to filter out the results. I have attached samples of both files. The program will take each value from column "SKU" of txt file and search for it in column "upc" of csv file. If the value is not found, then remove the entire row containing that value from txt file and put it in a new file in xls format called "not found". If the value from column "SKU" of txt file is found in column "upc" of csv file then check its corresponding value in column "sale-price" of csv file and compare it with the value in column "Price" of txt file. Make sure that both values should be exactly the same. If the values are not same then update the value in column "Price" of txt file as per value in column "sale-price" of csv file. For example, the first value in the "SKU" column of the attached [login to view URL] file is 634991141925. Search for the value 634991141925 in column "upc" of the attached sample file data.csv. Let's suppose that this value is not found. Therefore remove the entire row containing the value 634991141925 from [login to view URL] file and put it in a new xls file called "[login to view URL]". Make sure to use the header in the "[login to view URL]" file as shown in [login to view URL] file. However, since the value 634991141925 is found in column "upc" of the attached [login to view URL] file, take the corresponding value from column "sale-price" of [login to view URL] and compare it with the value in column "Price" of biz.txt. If the values are same then no change is required. If the values are not same then update the value in column "Price" of [login to view URL] as per value in column "sale-price" of data.csv. It's a very simple project if you carefully read the description and understand the example. It would be great if you can show me a demo so I can immediately select your bid.
