**Windows based aplication to act as a front end to our hosted mssql database. we require an aplication to manage our clients information and record progress of work we are doing for them. It is also required to automate all the bulk letters we send to our customers and requires a print manager with the aplication. It needs to be accessable by multi users Below is a basic scope for your review Find customer tab -** Simple find customer tab, **New customer -** Simple add customer to data base, postcode lookup script. **Scan contract tab -** Ability to scan a b&w contract into a DB table for reprinting with some of the automated letters **Add data tab -** Ability to add simple client data Date and charge. Calculate button that works out a complex compound calculation. At present all the data is exported to excel, calculated then updated in the application and DB **Process** button, marks db to show record is in progress and runs a postcode lookup script to find closest agent to customer and records in the DB. Total of 200 agents, New DB table required for agent address detail **Simple add data page -** A very simple add data page to with aprox 10 tick boxes and 4 textboxes, simple verification on tickboxes **2 x DB table info pages -** Simple page displaying data from 2 of the DB tables in an easy to read format **Automated printing based on date and DB criteria of approximately 10 documents** Ability to automate the printing of aprox 10-15 document so they printbased on date and db criteria. Ability to manage the automated document to print, simple print que and option not to print documents **mail merge template letters Aprox 15 documents.** Ability to open template ,merge letters that uses the customer address data in the DB **Emails -** Automated sending of emails to client based on certain DB criteria ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
